Since the end of April, the residential project Pri studničke of the developer Studnička Development has had a valid building permit issued. The residence is planned near Bratislava's greatest forest park Železná studnička, in the location adjacent to the future research center Eset Kampus.

Last year was a year of gradual recovery in demand and relative stabilization for Ukraine’s warehouse property market. Recall that 2022 was a year of forced demand, with rental activity supported by relocations to safer locations and the search for new premises to replace the destroyed ones. In 2023, the market moved from the stage of survival to the stage of moderate development. Marriott International, Inc., announced its plans to expand its portfolio in Poland with the expected addition of more than 10 properties in the next few years, including the debut of two brands - Le Méridien and Element Hotels by Westin - in the market. Hungarian property developer and investor Wing has completed a €37 million bond issue. With an aggregate principal amount of €37 million, the bonds have a maturity of 3 years and a fixed interest rate of 8.90 per cent. The company has accepted all offers received, intending to use the funds raised from the successful issue to pursue new investment opportunities and launch new real estate development projects.

Businessman Jared Kushner, the son-in-law of former US President Donald Trump, is now venturing into the Balkans with ambitious plans for transformative property developments across Albania and Serbia.
