Develia has begun construction of the second phase of its Morska Vita residential development in the Leszczynki district of Gdynia, near the Trójmiejski Park Krajobrazowy and the Bay of Gdańsk. The phase brings 168 apartments to the market, ranging from 32 to 112 sqm and laid out across one to five rooms, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028. Develia Construction is acting as general contractor, with design by Rebel Concept Sp. z o.o. based on an architectural concept by Maarte.
All apartments will have a balcony, loggia or terrace, and triple-glazed windows designed to maximise light and offer views towards the port and parkland. The development will also include underground car parks, bicycle storage, three playgrounds including a sensory garden, green courtyards, and ground-floor commercial units. Pricing for phase two starts at 10,500 złoty per sqm, while remaining units from phase one are available from 9,700 złoty per sqm, with those units due for handover in the third quarter of 2027.
"Neighbourhoods that allow residents to live comfortably day to day are becoming increasingly important, close to green spaces and public transport that makes it easy to get around the city," said Anna Samulak, sales manager at Develia. "The Grabówek SKM station is within walking distance, providing connections to central Gdynia and the wider Trójmiasto. It is on the combination of good location, functionality and solutions supporting resident comfort that we base our approach to design. The Morska Vita project has been recognised in the RynekPierwotny.pl Investment Ranking."
The Leszczynki district is also set to benefit from planned city infrastructure works on ul. Morska, which are expected to include new bus lanes, pavements, cycle paths and tree planting.
