A new retail park, Ławica Shopping Park, has opened in Poznań next to the city’s airport on Bukowska Street. The development offers around 7,000 sqm of rental space, almost fully leased before its launch.

The complex spans more than two hectares and consists of three fully glazed buildings with rounded walls and an openwork roof. Designed to create a functional and welcoming environment, it houses 17 retail units.

Tenants include Media Expert, Lidl, Action, Pepco and Maxi Zoo. The park also features the first DM drugstore in Poznań, Sofa & Friends’ furniture showroom, and a range of services such as an optical salon, pharmacy, florist, parcel locker and bakery.

“This is a special project for us in our hometown of Poznań. We were involved from the very beginning, acting as strategic commercial advisor and exclusive leasing agent, and now continue as property manager,” said Bartosz Nowak, Managing Partner at Scallier, which advised on the development.

The site includes a parking lot for more than 220 cars, bicycle spaces and internal walkways, with landscaping underway to add greenery around the complex.

Scallier specialises in retail projects in Poland and Romania, where it is expanding the Funshop Park network, adding 60,000 sqm of modern retail space to the market.
