Richard Stephens, founder of The Poland Observer and a leading figure in Polish and CEE real estate media, has joined Property Forum as Executive Editor & Business Development Director. Based in Warsaw, he will lead Property Forum's development of its Polish coverage and events, as well as help shape its expansion into new geographies and sectors. He will continue to run The Poland Observer, which will operate alongside Property Forum's regional platform.

CA Immobilien Anlagen AG has announced changes to its supervisory board, with majority shareholder SOF-11 Klimt CAI S.à r.l. appointing Timothy Abram and Christopher Lowthert with effect from 15 September 2026, using its delegation rights under the registered shares held. The two appointments succeed Jeffrey Dishner and Nicholas Chadwick.

P3 Logistic Parks has appointed Jakub Pelikán as Head of Land Acquisition and Development for the Czech Republic. Pelikán previously held the role of Head of Development at the company, and his expanded remit will now include identifying and acquiring strategic land plots for future projects and further developing P3's logistics portfolio in the country.

Michał Kwinta is expanding his role at Mindspace, taking on responsibility for Romania in addition to his existing management of the company's Polish operations. The appointment broadens Mindspace's regional structure in Central and Eastern Europe across two office markets at different stages of development in the flexible workspace sector.

Speedwell has appointed Răzvan Enache as Executive Director of Development in Romania. Cushman & Wakefield Slovakia has appointed Tomáš Lörincz as Head of Retail Agency, effective September 2026. Lörincz brings more than 20 years of experience in B2B sales and a decade of real estate practice, and will lead the retail leasing team in Slovakia.

Karel Stránský, an experienced figure in the Czech industrial real estate market, has rejoined the industrial team at Colliers Czech Republic as a strategic consultant. He first joined Colliers in 1996 and was instrumental in establishing the company's industrial real estate division in the country. By 2009, he had led transactions covering over three million sqm of industrial space and land, representing tenants, investors and developers.

P3 Logistic Parks has appointed Simon Carter as its new chief executive, with Carter joining the company on 7 September 2026 as CEO-designate before formally assuming the role on 17 September 2026. Frank Pörschke, who has led P3 for nearly six years, will step down and support Carter and the wider leadership team during the transition period.

Søren Rodian Olsen, a professional with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and financial services, has joined Newmark Polska as Executive Board Director and Head of Capital Markets, effective 1 September 2026. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing and advising on real estate strategies and transactions.

REICO has appointed Ben Maudling as Managing Director – Investments with effect from 1 August. In the role, he will be responsible for real estate transactions across all four of the company's funds.
