International developer Panattoni has reached a milestone on the Czech market by surpassing 2 million sqm of built modern industrial space. According to the Wall Street Journal, Jared Kushner has abandoned plans to develop a Trump-branded hotel complex on the former Yugoslav army headquarters site in central Belgrade, following mounting political, legal and public opposition in Serbia. Fetters management, a Czech specialist in development and project management, has started the main construction phase of the residential project Panorama Braník in Prague. The multifunctional building with 14 above-ground floors contains 77 apartments and seven commercial units.
