YIT Czechia has completed the approval process for the first phase of its Portti Kladno residential project. Two buildings with 85 flats designated for cooperative housing and two retail units are planned to be handed over to the investor – the Portti Kladno Housing Cooperative – during the summer. YIT is continuing construction and sales of the second phase, offering 102 flats for private ownership, with completion planned for autumn.

Palladyo, a residential project located on Theodor Pallady Boulevard, has completed its structural framework, entering an advanced construction stage. The total investment is estimated at €20 million. The project is developed by Mulberry, a company founded by Oleksandr Sobko and active in markets including Lithuania, Romania, the United Kingdom and Cyprus. Palladyo includes 130 residential units, from studios to four-room duplexes, two ground-floor commercial spaces, shared terraces and 134 parking spaces, of which 75 are underground and 59 above ground.

Didier Balcaen, CEO of SPEEDWELL Development, talked to Property Forum about the company’s €2 billion Romanian portfolio and the transition toward "quiet luxury" in residential. He highlighted that selective financing now rewards future-proof projects with measurable energy performance.

Polish developer ATAL has taken control of the Trójmiasto-based Budner Group. The parties set the transaction value at PLN 100.9 million – the combined price for shares in Budner Group companies and its properties. The transaction also includes the purchase of a plot of land for PLN 30.4 million, to be finalised once all conditions of the preliminary agreement are met. After both transactions are completed, ATAL will gain the opportunity to carry out new development projects in Trójmiasto covering around 70,000 sqm.

Alides Polska, the Polish subsidiary of Belgian real estate investor and developer Alides, has secured a position in Warsaw's Żoliborz district to develop a new project.

SHD Real Estate is unveiling its residential development, Lipno Vista, with construction scheduled to start in H2 2026. The project will comprise 179 residential units across more than 16,000 sqm, on the shores of Lipno, the largest lake in the Czech Republic.

UDI Group has obtained a building permit for Building A of its SIDE Smíchov Living project. The project in Prague's Smíchov district enters the implementation phase following the building permit for Building B. Building A is the second of three planned buildings, with construction expected to start in Q2 2027.
