Hungarian developer Biggeorge Property has extended its existing portfolio with an international residential property development division (Biggeorge Homes International) in Q4 2024, and brought aboard three new leaders to successfully implement its European expansion plans. Founder and CEO Tibor Nagygyörgy welcomes János Martin CEO, Zinaida Onczay-Vojnár International Business Development Director and Gábor Bakonyi-Kiss International Investment Manager in the group’s leadership.

Panattoni has purchased a land plot where it is to build Panattoni Park Kraków East V. The launch of construction work is scheduled for October and the park’s first tenant – Highway Automotive – has already been found.

CTP has purchased an 85,000 sqm investment plot in the Wiskitki municipality near Warsaw. The fourth tower of the mixed-use Sky Park project in downtown Bratislava has been officially approved for use, according to the schedule outlined by the investor Alro Real Estate 2 years ago.

The company Záhradnícka Property s.r.o., which belongs to the Austrian banking group Raiffeisen, has received a zoning decision for its project Záhradnícka – Bajkalská in Bratislava, reports ASB.sk.

The WING Liget Center multi-building development will involve not only the reconstruction of two buildings listed as historic monuments – serving as the main offices for TV channel RTL – but a brand-new boutique office building named Liget Center Vitrum will also be completed in the autumn. Construction is proceeding on schedule, and the Vitrum building is now structurally complete. Vitrum is a nearly zero energy building and will offer a total of 2,200 square metres of leasable office space over six floors. The building will be handed over in its shell and core stage in autumn 2024.

The Pri Mlynoch project in Bratislava has been associated with a long wait for permits, although located in an important transformational area of ​​Mlynské Nivy. But now its developer Iuris has marked an important milestone and moved closer to realisation, reports Yimba.sk.
