CTP has purchased an 85,000 sqm investment plot in the Wiskitki municipality near Warsaw. The acquisition of this land, located just 10km away from the planned Central Transport Port, will allow the company to expand the CTPark Warsaw West complex with an additional 36,000 sqm of leasable space. JLL was responsible for coordinating the purchase of the new land.

The fourth tower of the mixed-use Sky Park project in downtown Bratislava has been officially approved for use, according to the schedule outlined by the investor Alro Real Estate 2 years ago.

The company Záhradnícka Property s.r.o., which belongs to the Austrian banking group Raiffeisen, has received a zoning decision for its project Záhradnícka – Bajkalská in Bratislava, reports ASB.sk.

The WING Liget Center multi-building development will involve not only the reconstruction of two buildings listed as historic monuments – serving as the main offices for TV channel RTL – but a brand-new boutique office building named Liget Center Vitrum will also be completed in the autumn. Construction is proceeding on schedule, and the Vitrum building is now structurally complete. Atenor announced that the first phase of its BakerStreet project in Budapest has successfully obtained its occupancy permit. This Class A+ office complex located in South Buda was planned and built according to the strictest ESG criteria. The leasing agreement for the entire building of 16,643 sqm was signed by E.ON Hungaria Group, the German energy solutions giant. Tenants are scheduled to commence occupancy starting in June.

CTP has marked the third anniversary of its listing on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange, which at the time was the largest real estate IPO in Europe since 2014. The subsequent three years from CTP's listing in March 2021 have been a time of accelerated growth for the company, highlighted by a 103% increase in GLA from 5.9 million sqm to 12.0 million sqm across CTP's European portfolio and 162% growth in its landbank, from 8.8 million sqm to 23.1 million sqm, thereby locking in future expansion by enabling CTP to develop more space to meet strong demand.

Since the end of April, the residential project Pri studničke of the developer Studnička Development has had a valid building permit issued. The residence is planned near Bratislava's greatest forest park Železná studnička, in the location adjacent to the future research center Eset Kampus.
