Hubert now leads the company as CEO while focusing on investor relations and developing new products like New Work´s Franchise Package or The Digital Office Pass of workcloud24 where he acts as Founder and CEO as well.

Jakub heads the Real Estate team in the Czech Republic. He is an experienced transactional lawyer with a strong property background and a proven track record of property, financing and energy transactions. Jakub has worked on many high-profile transactions in the Czech Republic and CEE over a period of more than 20 years. He is also regularly in charge of real estate construction and development matters.
Fluent in Czech, English and German, Jakub advises both domestic and international clients in complex transactions in various industry sectors. Jakub is a member of ARTN (Czech Association for Development of the Real Estate Market) and of the Real Estate Committee of AmCham and regularly attends real estate-related conferences and seminars as a speaker or panel member. Seweryna Afanasjew is Chair of the RICS Advisory Board in Poland and Member of the RICS Europe World Regional Board. She is also Head of Asset Management in Poland at GTC. Additionally, she is a member of IFMA Poland and the Polish Facility Management Council. A licensed real estate manager and broker, Seweryna has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including offices, shopping centres and warehouses. An expert in corporate real estate and strategic facilities management in large international organizations, Seweryna started her outstanding career in 1999 at Cushman & Wakefield, followed by over 7 years as Real Estate Management Head in Citi Group. Later, Seweryna served as Asset Management Head at several real estate funds and helped build the commercial real estate portfolio of Octava Property Trust while leading their asset management and leasing team. From 2017 Seweryna managed the strategic FM area at Liberty Global as CEE Real Estate Facilities Fleet & Energy Head with 1000 lease agreements and 300,000 sqm of leased space at her disposal. This experience contributed to Seweryna becoming the founder and co-owner of 4 FM, a proptech company, which specializes in creating platforms for strategic facilities management sourcing. Her current focus area is finding and implementing modern technological solutions for real estate to increase the efficiency of the whole organization, which perfectly fits into GTC’s strategy of developing futureproof sustainable properties with a focus on the wellbeing of its immediate communities.
Laurentiu Afrasine is the CEO of Akcent Development since February 2020, with a career in real estate that started within the retail industry and with over 10 years of experience in the legal sector. Laurentiu oversees all aspects of the company’s operations and team members, along with the financial and legal management. Laurentiu has successfully engaged in the financial management of the Akcent Development group while reimbursing the funding; he has also accelerated the process of completing the Cloud 9 residential project and has established an experienced sales team, guiding the clients in the process of finding premium apartments and penthouses, according to their particular needs and requirements. Akcent Development is one of the most dynamic residential developers in Bucharest, with 20 years of experience in the capital city’s real estate market and approximately 7,500 apartments in its portfolio, out of which over 3,000 apartments were finalised in the Cloud 9, 21 Residence or 20 Residence projects. In the last 12 years, she has been delivering insightful and inspiring projects for office, residential and commercial being the leading architect for an important design and build player in the Romanian market. Adriana graduated with a BA in Architecture and is a certified member of OAR Romania. She attended a MA in Urban Planning and Design Program and is being mindful of how people can be carefully shaped by the built environment.

He went through the trading desk in Treasury, he was Branch Manager, Head of the Corporate Automotive unit, Head of Corporate Banking and Head of Structured Finance for different local and subsidiaries of international banks. He has always been interested in technology, and over the years has brought several completely new technological solutions to the rental real estate market. And today, he is 100% dedicated to Bidrento – a technological company, which is built for professional and institutional rental real estate market players globally and helps them to grow their businesses, cut unnecessary costs and increase their revenues.
Lana Apolloni is an Executive Director of Granit Invest doo, a company with a long-established tradition in high-quality construction in the real estate market in Serbia and Europe. Together with her team, she is following the construction of Revolucija, a prime office project in Belgrade's downtown and is meeting the highly demanding needs of Granit Invest’s tenants. She is in charge of the company’s property management and the entire organization of the in-house PM team. She used to work for Philip Morris International in Operations Finance and was managing her own private family-owned companies. She graduated in Finance at the Nottingham Trent University in Italy, finished her postgraduate studies in Hospitality Management in Switzerland and gained another postgraduate diploma in Event Management at London Event Academy. She speaks English and Italian.

He has accumulated experience in corporate, office, residential and retail clients, covering surfaces of more than 1.000.000 sqm.
