Hubert now leads the company as CEO while focusing on investor relations and developing new products like New Work´s Franchise Package or The Digital Office Pass of workcloud24 where he acts as Founder and CEO as well.

A licensed real estate manager and broker, Seweryna has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including offices, shopping centres and warehouses. An expert in corporate real estate and strategic facilities management in large international organizations, Seweryna started her outstanding career in 1999 at Cushman & Wakefield, followed by over 7 years as Real Estate Management Head in Citi Group. Later, Seweryna served as Asset Management Head at several real estate funds and helped build the commercial real estate portfolio of Octava Property Trust while leading their asset management and leasing team. From 2017 Seweryna managed the strategic FM area at Liberty Global as CEE Real Estate Facilities Fleet & Energy Head with 1000 lease agreements and 300,000 sqm of leased space at her disposal. This experience contributed to Seweryna becoming the founder and co-owner of 4 FM, a proptech company, which specializes in creating platforms for strategic facilities management sourcing.
