Harden Construction has begun construction of Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II, a new industrial complex in Jankowo Gdańskie near Gdańsk. The design-and-build project will deliver nearly 40,000 sqm of production, warehouse and office space, with completion scheduled for early 2026.

The development is located one kilometre from the S6/S7 junction, providing strong transport links across the Tri-City and wider region. The scheme will include 28,500 sqm of warehouse space, 10,000 sqm of production facilities and 2,000 sqm of offices.

“This is a technically demanding project, with one of the main challenges being the construction of a nearly one-kilometre stormwater drainage system, which will integrate into the existing infrastructure,” said Paweł Fiuczek, Managing Director at Harden Construction.

One of the key tenants will be NRF, a supplier and manufacturer of cooling solutions. The building will be adapted for advanced production, including high-efficiency ventilation systems for soldering furnaces, compressed air systems, and specialised storage for chemicals and welding materials. “For NRF, we will prepare more than 50 compressed air installation points and full infrastructure for welding stations to ensure optimal conditions for production, testing and storage,” added Łukasz Kozerski, Operations Director at Harden Construction.

Around 45% of the site will be preserved as green areas, with more than 50,000 sqm of landscaping. The facility is targeting a BREEAM Excellent certification.

Since 2021, Harden Construction has delivered over 900,000 sqm of industrial, logistics and production projects across Poland for clients including Panattoni, Samsung Electronics, H&M, InPost, Raben Group, Media Expert and Poczta Polska.
