Resi4Rent has launched a new residential complex in Kraków’s Zabłocie district, offering 873 fully furnished apartments available on subscription-based rental contracts.

Located on Romanowicza Street, the R4R Romanowicza project targets students and young professionals seeking flexible housing options. The development comprises three eight-storey buildings with a cascading design that ensures privacy and natural light. In addition to apartments, the complex provides coworking space, a cinema room, two green courtyards and four themed terraces. In total, residents have access to more than 3,000 sqm of shared areas.

“By renting a 25 sqm studio in our project, residents effectively gain access to a much larger living environment, including coworking space, a cinema room and recreational terraces. This mix appeals particularly to students and young professionals who want private living space combined with community and amenities,” said Alicja Kościesza, Sales and Marketing Director at Resi4Rent.

The complex offers a mix of studios (37% of units), two-room apartments (54%) and larger layouts under the Resi Family concept. All units are fully furnished and equipped with appliances and Wi-Fi. Lease terms range from three to 12 months. Residents also benefit from an on-site service team, app-based management, technical support and a package of discounts with local service providers.

The project is pet-friendly and includes on-site services, storage rooms, monitored bike facilities, and underground and surface parking.

Resi4Rent was founded in 2018 and is backed by Echo Investment (30%) and an international investment fund represented by Griffin Capital Partners (70%). The company is the largest institutional PRS platform in Poland and has won multiple awards, including Eurobuild Awards 2023 and 2024 for market leadership in PRS.

The carbon cost is already in your building. You just can't see it yet

by Property Forum
A structural shift is rewriting the financial logic of European commercial real estate. It isn't being driven by ESG pressure or voluntary sustainability labels. It's being driven by regulation — and the numbers are concrete enough that ignoring them is becoming a financial risk. A recent white paper by workcloud24 traces the mechanism in detail: how the operational energy and CO₂ performance of a building transmits into net operating income, asset value, and financing conditions. The argument isn't that green buildings are virtuous. It's that inefficient buildings are becoming measurably more expensive to own, operate, and finance.
