Matexi Polska has completed sales of all apartments in its Kameralny Prokocim 2 development at Facimiech 12 street in Kraków. The project comprised 49 apartments in total. The developer currently offers apartments in three Kraków investments located in different parts of the city: Podgórze, Zabłocie, and the Łagiewniki and Borek Fałęcki areas.

Kameralny Prokocim 2 is Matexi Polska's second project in the Prokocim area, featuring modern architecture and high finishing standards. The 10-story building was constructed at the intersection of Facimiech and Polonijna streets, surrounded by single and multi-family housing. The development includes 49 apartments ranging from 38 to 92 sqm. Each apartment has a balcony, loggia or garden, providing additional relaxation space. Residents can use a two-level underground parking garage with electric car charging stations and bicycle racks.

The occupancy permit was obtained in June this year, with key handovers to new owners beginning in mid-July.

"We are pleased that our investment met with such interest and all apartments found their buyers. This confirms that by offering modern architecture, functional apartment layouts and an attractive location, we respond to the real needs of Krakow residents," says Barbara Marona, Sales Office Manager at Matexi Polska. "We focused on high quality, comfort and modern solutions, including underground parking, electric car charging spaces and cyclist-friendly areas."

In Kraków, Matexi Polska offers three projects: Takt Lirników in Podgórze, Apartamenty Portowa in Zabłocie, and Do Wilgi in the Łagiewniki/Borek Fałęcki area.
