Rutkowski Group has obtained an occupancy permit for the second phase of its Ignatki Forest development in Ignatki-Osiedle, Białystok county, completing the entire project. The scheme comprises a single four-storey building with 121 apartments. Key handovers for second-phase buyers are due to begin in November, with remaining ready-to-move-in units priced from 9,100 złoty per sqm.
"Completing Ignatki Forest is another important milestone in our activity on the residential market of the Białystok agglomeration," said Marcin Orzechowski, Managing Director of Rutkowski Development. "The project was designed from the outset for people who want proximity to the city while valuing a quiet, natural setting. First owners from the second phase will receive their keys in November."
The first phase, covering stairwells one and two with 46 apartments, received its occupancy permit in 2025. The second phase adds stairwells three and four with 75 further units. Apartments range in size from 37 to 96.9 sqm and include balconies with glass balustrades or ground-floor terraces. Top-floor units feature mezzanines with private roof terraces. Residents have access to 99 underground and 26 surface parking spaces, as well as recreational areas and a playground.
The development sits adjacent to Solnicki Forest and is approximately 15 minutes by car from the centre of Białystok. Local amenities include Lidl and Biedronka supermarkets and bus stops. Rutkowski Group, a family-owned developer with over 36 years of experience, has delivered 5,000 apartments across 35 developments in Gdańsk, Białystok, the Mazury region and Podlaskie.
