Construction of the second phase of the Skyliner office complex, owned by the Karimpol Group, has reached the halfway point. At 65 metres high, the 15th floor walls are currently being built, marking half of the target height. Each floor is constructed in five days, with completion scheduled for Q4 2026.

The building's entrance lobby features eight-metre-high exposed concrete walls and columns, with a 16-metre-high pillar supporting the office floors. The main hall will connect to the first tower at ground and mezzanine levels, creating a 4,500 sqm retail and service space that will provide passage between Warszawa Główna railway station and Rondo Daszyńskiego.

"We are delighted that the construction of Skyliner II is progressing smoothly. The podium connecting the two buildings will give the entire complex a coherent character and become a new landmark on the map of Warsaw," said Szymon Zduńczyk, member of the management board at Karimpol Polska.

The tower core uses ACS self-climbing formwork system, while the glass façade is being assembled from prefabricated aluminium and glass elements. Installation is currently taking place on the fifth floor, with finishing works underway in the basement and first eight floors above ground.

The second tower will be 130 metres high with 28 floors, offering 24,000 sqm of leasable space including 23,000 sqm of offices and 1,000 sqm of retail space. The building will feature garden terraces totalling 900 sqm, 10 lifts, and a five-storey underground car park with 217 parking spaces. Skyliner II has received BREEAM Outstanding certification and will be powered by renewable energy sources.
