The non-residential green building market is projected to grow by 9% a year from $69.01 billion in 2021 to $110.52 billion in 2025. The company, which owns the Sinsay, Cropp, Reserved, House and Mohito brands, is to occupy approx. 64,000 sqm in two Panattoni Park Tricity South II buildings, where it will commence operations as early as April 2022. The investment will be designed for online orders as well as service returns. 

GLP has commenced the development of GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre, the largest warehouse project underway in the Wrocław metropolitan area. Built on a 50 ha plot, the GLP project will ultimately offer approximately 240,000 sqm of logistics space.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is boosting the development of green industrial and logistics real estate with a €72 million mezzanine loan facility to DL Invest Group, a Polish real-estate developer focused on commercial property.

Savills Investment Management has acquired the A2 Warsaw Park logistics centre in Adamów, near Grodzisk Mazowiecki for €112.5 million. The property was purchased from Invesco Real Estate, a global real estate investment manager, on behalf of Savills IM European Logistics Fund 3 (ELF3), which already owns 11 investments across Europe. This is the fund’s largest transaction in Europe and one of Savills IM’s largest investments in the Polish commercial real property market. 

The construction works on Panattoni Park Bolesławiec, which is the developer's 22nd park in Lower Silesia, are to start this month.

ITM Baza Poznańska, a Musketeers Group company that specializes in warehousing of products sold through the Group’s Intermarché and Bricomarché stores, has leased 13,000 sqm of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I. The tenant was represented during lease negotiations by Cresa Poland.

The European distributor and importer of spare parts for passenger cars will join as a tenant at MLP Poznań West, leasing a facility with an increased height of 11.5 metres. The facility, planned to be delivered in the third quarter of 2022, will meet the requirements for BREEAM certification.
