The construction works on Panattoni Park Bolesławiec, which is the developer's 22nd park in Lower Silesia, are to start this month.

ITM Baza Poznańska, a Musketeers Group company that specializes in warehousing of products sold through the Group’s Intermarché and Bricomarché stores, has leased 13,000 sqm of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I. The tenant was represented during lease negotiations by Cresa Poland.

The European distributor and importer of spare parts for passenger cars will join as a tenant at MLP Poznań West, leasing a facility with an increased height of 11.5 metres. The facility, planned to be delivered in the third quarter of 2022, will meet the requirements for BREEAM certification.

CBRE Investment Management, on behalf of one of its Pan-European funds, has completed the off-market acquisition of a fully-let portfolio of logistics assets in Poland, from 7R SA. Comprising a total of 44,844 sqm, the portfolio consists of 7R Park Poznań East and 7R Park Sosnowiec.

Adrian and Dragoș Pavăl, the founders of DIY chain Dedeman, have acquired the land and warehouses owned by DB Schenker in northern Bucharest, in a deal worth over €15 million.

Due to the expansion of 7R's development business, the company's board has appointed Bartlomiej Krawiecki as Vice-Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Transport services provider Regesta has moved into Hillwood Wrocław East. The new tenant took more than 17,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Wrocław logistics centre. Regesta was represented during the search for the new location and lease negotiations by experts of real estate advisory firm Cresa. Hillwood Wrocław East, comprising seven buildings with a total area of over 210,000 sqm, is now fully leased.

According to Savills, the European logistics market is on track for another record year, as investment volumes and take-up activity are already in excess of five-year averages at the half-year point. Take up in Poland in H1 2021 exceeded 3,000,000 sqm the first time in history and was higher than France, UK and Spain.

Panattoni is completing a logistics centre for non-food discount chain Action in Bieruń with an area of ​​60,800 sqm, of which more than 58,000 sqm will be warehousing space. The BTS facility, which should be ready in September this year, will improve the company’s logistics processes for southern and central Poland, as well as across Europe. The investment is to be BREEAM certified at the ‘Excellent ‘level.
