Logis Helena d.o.o. and Tokić d.d., Croatia's distributor of automotive parts and tyres, have signed a long-term lease agreement for an automated logistics and distribution centre in the Sveta Helena Business Zone, near Zagreb.

Momentum in Hungary's industrial and logistics real estate market has continued into 2026, according to HelloParks' leasing results for the first half of the year. The company secured almost 60,000 sqm of new lease agreements across its megaparks in this period. The figures indicate that tenants value modern developments that combine locations with the flexibility required to support evolving business operations.

Hungarian developer Innovinia has completed construction of an industrial-logistics facility at IGPark Nyíregyháza. The facility comprises a nearly 31,000 sqm, fully customised, Built-to-Suit (BTS) light industrial manufacturing unit, which has already been taken over by the tenant, automotive producer CAIP.

Panattoni has completed and handed over a 25,000 sqm warehouse at Panattoni Park Szczecin VII. The building's main tenants are two logistics operators.

The new Class A warehouse project dedicated to SMEs has moved into its final stage of development, with construction works underway. Early access is planned for March 2027, while the project is scheduled to become fully operational in May 2027.

Panattoni has handed over the final phase of Panattoni Park Kielce, completing the first Class A industrial park in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The complex, situated on the administrative border of Kielce, comprises four buildings with a total floor area of approximately 66,000 sqm, tailored to companies in the logistics, manufacturing and e-commerce sectors.

Q1 2026 brought a rebound to the Polish industrial and logistics space market. Increased tenant activity, a predominance of new agreements and a declining vacancy rate point to the sector's condition, according to a BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland report.

MLP Group has started construction of MLP Rzeszów, in thePodkarpackie region, which will total approximately 65,000 sqm of warehouse and light industrial space. The first phase comprises a 26,000 sqm facility, scheduled for completion this December.

Industrial developer CTP has agreed a seven-year extension of its partnership with Autonet, a Romanian importer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories. The company has renewed the lease for the entire 26,000 sqm facility it occupies at CTPark Bucharest South, continuing a collaboration that began in 2021.

Peakside Capital Advisors has started construction of Building B within the City Point Targówek complex, an urban logistics and light industrial park within the city limits of Warsaw. The facility will deliver more than 12,400 sqm of warehouse and light industrial space, addressing demand from businesses seeking flexible operational units in well-connected urban locations.
