Develia has completed construction of Traugutta Vita, a mixed-use building in the Przedmieście Oławskie district of Wrocław. The four-storey development contains 48 residential units and 35 office spaces, with new owners set to receive keys shortly. The project sits within a regenerating area of the city and incorporates restored historic walls, supervised by a heritage conservation officer. The facade features decorative clinker brick and coloured glass balustrades.
The residential offering comprises one-, two- and three-room apartments. Units on upper floors include balconies, while top-floor apartments feature roof terraces ranging from 21 to 41 sqm. Ground-floor residents have access to private gardens. The building is equipped with two lifts, an underground car park with 49 spaces, bicycle storage and storage rooms, and is fully accessible for people with disabilities.
"Traugutta Vita attracted considerable interest from buyers. Its appeal comes from the location close to Wrocław city centre and architecture that fits the historic character of Przedmieście Oławskie. The development meets the needs of those looking for a place to live as well as buyers purchasing for rental or business purposes," said Jarosław Majka, head of sales at Develia.
The development is approximately 50 metres from bus and tram stops, and around 2 km from Wrocław's main railway station and the city's market square. Nearby amenities include shops, restaurants, cafes, schools and healthcare facilities. Green spaces along the Oława river and Park na Niskich Łąkach, with walking paths, playgrounds and recreational areas, are also within easy reach.
The remaining available apartments range from 42 to 68 sqm, including selected units with a mezzanine level, with promotional prices starting from 11,500 złoty per sqm. The project was designed by GREG. architekci, with Olejnik Inwestycje acting as general contractor. Develia, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007, has delivered 73 residential estates comprising more than 27,000 apartments across Poland.
