Auto Partner, an automotive parts distributor operating across Europe, has leased 42,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at MLP Bieruń West, a logistics park under development in Upper Silesia near Tychy. The space includes approximately 600 sqm of office area, and handover is scheduled for September 2027. The deal is the largest lease agreement signed by MLP Group in 2026, with the park already around 75% leased ahead of completion. Once finished, MLP Bieruń West will offer a total of 56,300 sqm.
"We are consistently delivering on our business objectives, maintaining a pace of leasing in line with our budget. MLP Bieruń West is already approximately 75% leased, even though the project is still under construction. This confirms the effectiveness of our strategy and the strong demand for the space we offer," said Radosław T. Krochta, president of the management board at MLP Group S.A.
The agreement is the latest step in a relationship between MLP Group and Auto Partner that has continued since 2016. Auto Partner currently occupies space in three MLP Group parks: MLP Poznań West, MLP Pruszków II and MLP Zgorzelec. Bierąń West will become the company's fourth location within the portfolio.
"Our relationship with Auto Partner goes far beyond a standard business arrangement. It is a partnership built on years of mutual trust. MLP Bieruń West is already the fourth location we are developing together," said Tomasz Pietrzak, leasing director Poland at MLP Group S.A.
The facility will be tailored to Auto Partner's distribution operations, which cover automotive parts and accessories including products under its MaXgear own brand. The design incorporates mezzanines and adaptation for VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) forklift trucks, which are intended to increase storage capacity and improve order picking. The general contractor is BIN Biuro Inżynierskie. MLP Bieruń West is situated adjacent to national road no. 44, approximately 3.5 km from the planned S1 expressway junction.
