Panattoni has begun the construction of a 42,000 sqm logistics centre for Rohlig Suus Logistics at Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate I in Tarnowo Podgórne. At the same time, work has started on a speculative facility with an area of ​​18,000 sqm, which is intended for a variety of tenants. 

7R, the Polish developer of warehouse and production facilities, delivered nearly 400,000 sqm of BREEAM-certified space in 2021, doubling the company’s annual result y-o-y. In the last 12 months, 7R has divested 17 projects to investment funds and real estate companies for a total of nearly €400 million. The amount of space the tenants occupy has also increased, totaling 500,000 sqm. The portfolio of properties managed by 7R now exceeds one million sqm.

CBRE IM has acquired Building D of the 7R Park Beskid I logistics centre. The building offers 13,800 sqm GLA and is fully let to two tenants. 7R has now sold all four buildings of 7R Park Beskid, comprising a total GLA of 58,300 sqm, to CBRE Investment Management.

Panattoni has started its third BTS project for French supermarket chain Carrefour. The investment, which has an area of ​​50,000 sqm, is under development in Będzin in Silesia. The height of the facility will reach as much as 13 m, while more than 13,000 sqm is to be used as a technologically-advanced cold store. The project is to be built to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification standards, while the developer will also create more than 5,000 sqm of green roofs.  

Panattoni is extending a production campus for K-Flex in Uniejów. After having developed almost 60,000 sqm in four buildings, the developer is now to deliver a further 6,500 sqm. The leading producer of thermal and acoustic insulation materials will already be using a 15 m high storage facility in March 2022. This will allow K-Flex to service the growing needs of its construction clients from Europe, Asia and the USA. Both companies are now planning further stages to the extension of the complex in Uniejów.

PGIM Real Estate has acquired a logistics development in Legnica, Poland on behalf of its second European value-add fund. The value of transaction has not been disclosed.

The construction of three warehouses with a total area of more than 90,000 sqm, the largest of which will have a floor space of almost 50,000 sqm, has started at the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. They are scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2022. The role of the general contractor has been entrusted to W.P.I.P.

Panattoni is to provide 133,000 sqm for LPP, the biggest fashion group in the CEE region. As much as 69,000 sqm of this will be built in Panattoni Park Rzeszów North, the construction of which is to complete at the end of Q3 2022. The new investment will be capable of processing up to 100,000 orders per day and storing more than 7 million assorted items. It will support online sales in markets such as Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Ukraine. Panattoni Park Rzeszów North will eventually comprise two buildings with a total area of 83,500 sqm. 

Warehouse developer operating on the Polish market, MDC2 has reached an agreement with Fortress REIT Limited – South Africa’s largest owner and developer of logistics real estate. 

The Polish branch of BNP Paribas Real Estate represented one of the Asian clients of the BNP Group in the acquisition process of a distribution centre in Świebodzin In Western Poland, which was developed by Panattoni. The Korean fund became the new owner. The property with a GLA of 190,000 sqm is fully leased to Amazon, one of the largest e-commerce providers in the world.
