Panattoni Park Koluszki, with a target area of 39,800 sqm, is now 60% leased. In September this year, more than 13,500 sqm will be occupied by international auto parts supplier Kamoka. The tenant was represented by Axi Immo in the selection process for the location and negotiating the contract.

Panattoni has already leased out more than 25,000 sqm of the 39,800 sqm it plans to develop in the complex, 13,500 sqm of which will be occupied by international auto parts supplier in September 2022. The brand has 91 product lines in 17 groups, which include, among others, suspension, brake and suspension system parts – a range of goods that is adjusted for specific markets. The company will start operations at Panattoni Park Koluszki in October 2022. It was represented by Axi Immo in the process of selecting the location and negotiating the contract.

“Koluszki is an excellent alternative for the Łódź market and an ideal base for servicing it. Our park benefits both from being within an economic zone and its strategic location in Central Poland. It is situated less than 30 minutes from two motorways – the A1 and the A2 – which provides excellent connections in every direction. Koluszki’s potential for domestic and international activity, therefore, is huge. This is confirmed by the profiles of the first tenants for the park, whose operational reach stretches out beyond the borders of Poland” says Katarzyna Osińska, Development Director at Panattoni, who adds: “The potential of Koluszki for the automotive industry has once again been confirmed. In 2016, we delivered a BTS facility here for a global automotive components and parts manufacturer, and now we are building space for Kamoka. With the recent accelerated growth of the warehouse market, the potential of this region in the heart of Central Poland is set to increase even more.”

“The client was looking for modern warehouse space close to its headquarters in Brzeziny, a town that neighbours Koluszki. This was an important factor for employees, making it convenient for them to commute to work, with the additional advantage that a major railway junction is situated in Koluszki. In addition to all this, the new warehouse has been designed to allow smaller units to be combined, which will certainly be reflected in the effective use this space is put to,” comments Hubert Wojtera, the Industrial and Logistics Director at Axi Immo.

Panattoni Park Koluszki is a class A distribution centre with a target area of 39,800 sqm. The first construction stage (12,000 sqm) was completed in November 2021, with the entire complex due to be completed by the developer by the end of 2022. The park will be suited for both warehouse and light production processes as well as for small, medium-sized and larger enterprises. It is to be BREEAM certified, with a range of energy efficiency and sustainability solutions as well as features aimed at user well-being.
