More companies from the medical industry have decided to establish part of their operations in 7R City Park Warsaw Airport III, which is under construction in Osmańska Street in Warsaw. ITP S.A. and Stryker will move into the facility at the end of the year, and Komtur will join them in early 2023. Earlier, Polfa Warszawa announced the launch of its research and development centre in the 7R warehouse located on Osmańska Street.

The Grivalia investment fund is reportedly looking to sell its property portfolio in Romania, which has a valuation of around €65 million, according to profit.ro. 

Savills, together with Eastdil Secured, has advised Macquarie Capital Principal Finance and Elite Partners Capital on the sale of a pan-European logistics portfolio, Elite Logistics Fund I to Blackstone European Property Income Fund (BEPIF) for €520 million.

Romanian construction and logistics company Masterbuild is investing €20 million in a logistics park spanning 16,000 sqm in the Butimanu - Dâmbovița area, near Bucharest. 

Food retailer SPAR will expand its logistics centre in Czeladź. The facility at MLP Czeladź will be placed in service later this year. Currently, SPAR occupies an area of 8,800 sqm used as a warehouse, cold and freezing rooms, office and staff amenity space. The SPAR logistics centre will be expanded by another 11,200 sqm, the vast majority of which will be used for warehousing, cold storage and freezing purposes. An additional facility will be dedicated to a modern office, which will be expanded by 250 sqm. This phase is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2022.

7R starts the construction of 7R Park Mysłowice. When finished, the logistics park will have two buildings with a total rentable area of over 59,000 sqm. The first stage of the project will be completed in July 2022.

Robert Snincak, Head of Investment Operations CEE and Krystian Pachowka, Head of Logistics Asset Management CEE at CBRE Investment Management talked to Property Forum about the current investment trends in CEE countries, the rise of the warehouse and PRS markets in Poland and the recent changes in financing conditions.

DL Invest Group has leased nearly 80,000 sqm of commercial spaces in 2021. It embraces activities in the office, retail and industrial sectors. The value of assets that belong to the company increased to over PLN 1.5 billion.

P3 has acquired three attractive plots with a total surface area of 32 ha at the end of last year. They are all located within the administrative boundaries of large cities like Łódź, Wrocław, and Bydgoszcz.

Last year, Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych, supervised by Logicenters, signed lease agreements for nearly 15,000 sqm, which accounts for approx. 25% of the offered finished warehouse space. All facilities are almost fully leased. In order to extend the portfolio with new facilities, a new warehouse is currently under construction at BIK Park Wrocław, which will provide 22.5 thousand sqm of modern warehouse space. It is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of this year.
