Passerinvest Group is starting the construction of a new seven-storey office building in Prague 4. The Roztyly Plaza building close to the bus terminal and metro station is to be completed in 2024, the developer announced.

The city of Ljubljana is expected to see some major urban change by 2025. YIT Slovakia has announced an international urban planning and architectural competition for the transformation of the area along Viedenská cesta (Vienna Road) in Bratislava into quality housing. Hundreds of flats are to be built in Prague by RSBC Group. The company wants to implement a CZK 1 billion project in Prague's Vysočany district to convert an old vacuum cleaner factory into 243 apartments. RSBC is going into the project with developer Masák & Partner, online daily E15.cz reports.

7R has built a BTS format warehouse in Goleniów for FIEGE, a European logistics operator. From the end of March FIEGE runs in Goleniów an international distribution centre, on an area of nearly 62,500 sqm, for a well-known global e-commerce giant.

Developer J&T Real Estate CZ will build a new business zone with a city park in Hradec Králové near the D11 motorway. Thirty shops and a hobby market will be located in an area of more than 40 hectares. The total investment in the project will be around CZK 3 billion.
