Harden Construction has completed more than 1.2 million sqm of industrial and warehouse space since its founding, the Polish general contractor has announced as it marks six years of activity. The company has delivered 37 buildings and currently has seven projects totalling nearly 300,000 sqm under construction.

"A million square metres reached on our fifth anniversary was a great success, but we have not slowed down. Closing our sixth year of activity with a result of over 1.2 million sqm proves our consistent effectiveness," said Paweł Fiuczek, Managing Director at Harden Construction.

The third quarter of 2026 saw construction begin on a logistics centre for Raben Group in Sosnowiec and a cold-storage facility, Panattoni Park Poznań East III, for Nagel-Group. Work also started in Łódź on the City Logistics Łódź V urban complex for tenants PGC and Zadbano, being built to BREEAM Excellent certification standards.

Among completions in the quarter, the most significant was the Sika Poland construction chemicals plant in Brześć Kujawski, described as the first of its kind in Poland. The production and warehouse facility covers nearly 11,000 sqm and incorporates a process tower, a SCADA system, a BMS platform, a wastewater treatment installation and a 750 kWp photovoltaic farm. Two logistics projects were also handed over: a BTS facility for InPost in Sosnowiec and Panattoni Park Warsaw North III in Nadma.

"Every one of the 37 buildings we have constructed brings experience that feeds into subsequent projects. The third quarter, in which we successfully handed over the technologically advanced Sika factory and launched urban logistics in Łódź and a warehouse in Poznań, clearly demonstrates our competences," said Łukasz Kozerski, Operations Director at Harden Construction.

Beyond construction activity, the company participated in several sporting and charitable events during the quarter, including the Eurobuild Running Tournament, where it received the Running Employer of the Year title, the Poland Business Run in Warsaw and the JLL Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament.
