WAN S.A. sold Pruszkow Logistic Park to EQT Exeter. Avison Young's investment advisory team represented the seller in the disposal process. The price has not been disclosed. The warehouse is situated in a Warsaw sub-urban area sought-after by both investors and tenants.

The record demand for warehouse space, reported last year, continues. There are no vacant warehouses, despite the fact that the largest amount of logistics space in the history of Polish market is currently under construction.

Panattoni is to increase the size of its portfolio in the Lubusz region. The developer is to begin work on Panattoni Park Gorzów II, which should eventually comprise 67,000 sqm in three buildings. The first is to have 36,500 sqm and is to be completed this year. On completion of the project the company's portfolio should comprise more than 700,000 sqm. 

Panattoni has completed a production and business centre for Danfoss Poland. The 13,000 sqm complex of buildings together with its accompanying facilities was completed a year after the launch of construction work. Dekpol was the general contractor. 

White Star Logistics, a joint venture between White Star Real Estate and Bain Capital Credit, will build a 30,000 sqm logistics and manufacturing park in Łodź. The complex will consist of two buildings, the first of which will be commissioned in the first half of 2023. This is another investment of White Star Logistics, which was announced in recent months - after warehouse parks in Raszyn, Nowy Konik and Toruń. 

Blackbrook Capital, a European independent real estate investment firm focusing on mission-critical supply chain assets, announced the funding for the development of a 45,000 sqm Class-A logistics facility in Western Poland.

GLP has launched the development of two new warehousing projects in Poland: the third phase of construction at Poznań Airport Logistics Centre and the first building of Warsaw V Logistics Centre.

Accolade expands in Bydgoszcz, ultimately investing over €200 million in four modern warehouse parks, with a total area of over 240,000 sqm. At the same time, the investor is launching a new, €40 million project in nearby Piła. 

Within a month, BSH, the largest producer of home appliances in Europe, will be using over 12,000 sqm within Panattoni Park Business Center Łódź III. The building will be used for storing tumble dryer components. This far Panattoni has delivered three developments with a combined area of around 150,000 sqm for BSH. Moreover, as part of the CEL Hub, the developer has delivered Appliance Park for component suppliers that serve the BSH factory. 

Arrow Capital Partners, the specialist investor, developer and manager of real estate in Europe and Asia-Pacific, has acquired the Ożarów Logistics Centre in Poland from CBRE Investment Management for its Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture with Cerberus.
