Accolade Group has signed a €137.5 million (roughly CZK 3.4 billion) loan agreement. Thanks to this, the company will be able to finance the construction of a large multi-storey distribution centre near Kojetín in the Olomouc Region (located in the northeast of the Czech Republic) for the online store Amazon, writes the daily E15.

Maersk, one of the global transport and logistics leaders, has joined the group of tenants at 7R Park Łódź East I. The company will use 18,500 sqm of modern logistics and warehouse space with office facilities. Maersk will start its operations at 7R Park Łódź East I in June.

7R has finalized the sale of a portfolio of several projects to CTP Group. The portfolio includes projects in the development phase, such as in Warsaw and Katowice, as well as others throughout Poland which are in the pre-development phase.

Macquarie Asset Management, on behalf of its Macquarie European Logistics Real Estate Fund, has agreed to acquire for an undisclosed sum a logistics and warehousing facility currently under development near Warsaw. The seller is Logistic Property Investment, which is owned by the Żabka Group and managed by the Żabka Property Fund.

Colliers has taken over the management of three warehouse complexes with a total area of almost 180,000 sqm: City Point Targówek, Logistics Point Piaseczno and Logistics Point Raszyn. Their Investment Manager is Peakside Capital. 

VGP has gradually leased over 49,000 sqm of warehouse space in its VGP Park Olomouc to Hella Autotechnik Nova. The first contract was signed last November. It has now signed another contract with the concern for space that is still under construction. The transaction was announced today by VGP.

P3, an investor and developer of European warehouse facilities, has acquired 29 hectares of land in Kąty Wrocławskie. This newly purchased plot is located near Wrocław, in the Lower Silesia region, one of the most attractive warehouse locations in Poland. Logistics facilities will be built on the site comprising a total area of around 175,000 sqm.

Kész Group's new logistics centre will offer 10,000 sqm of industrial space at Szigetszentmiklós, just off the M0 ring road.

7R has built a BTS format warehouse in Goleniów for FIEGE, a European logistics operator. From the end of March FIEGE runs in Goleniów an international distribution centre, on an area of nearly 62,500 sqm, for a well-known global e-commerce giant.

Panattoni is developing another complex in the Kraków region – Panattoni Park Kraków North, with an area of ​​55,000 sqm. The first tenant has already been secured for the park: Trivium Packaging – a global manufacturer of metal packaging, which will transfer its existing chemical packaging operations to its new ​​21,000 sqm premises at the beginning of 2023. Panattoni has now developed approaching 200,000 sqm of industrial space in the Kraków region.
