Panattoni has leased out over 15,100 sqm to Chines e-commerce giant, JD International Logistics in its newly completed Panattoni Park Nadarzyn. The developer has also completed the process of the building’s certification in the BREAAM International New Construction system at the level “Excellent”. With a score of 78.4 percentage points the building has become the most ecological construction in Poland. The lease to JD.com was mediated by consultancy M4 Real Estate.

JD.com is an e-commerce company headquartered in Beijing with approximately 570 million active users in China. It is the largest online retailer in the country and ranked 59th on Global Fortune 500 in 2021. It is well-known for its excellent logistics infrastructure – the company operates over 1,300 warehouses, covering an aggregate gross floor area of over 24 million sqm all over the world including 80 bonded warehouses and overseas warehouses, while its services reach 220 countries and regions. The company works closely with both local and leading international brands in order to be able to supply customers with a vast selection of products across every major category including FMCG, fresh food, clothing, household goods, baby products and many other goods. Despite this, it specialises in the sale of electronic equipment and the company's international logistics warehouse in Nadarzyn is to be dedicated to this purpose.

The new JD International Logistics centre near Warsaw will be the company’s second in Poland. “The Chinese giant intends to expand its activities on the Old Continent. And so, its choice of location was carefully considered. The deciding factor was the superb location of our country in the centre of Europe and its great road, rail and flight connections with other countries. This is the first project we have undertaken with JD International Logistics, and we are convinced that this company highly values all of our previous e-commerce developments across Europe." says Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director, Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Nadarzyn comprises one warehouse building with an area of over 54,000 sqm. JD International Logistics will take up over 15,100 sqm within it, with the vast majority of the space comprising warehousing facilities. It includes the highest quality warehouse and office space tailored to meet the requirements of clients from different industries. The hall has modern loading docks, ground-level gates and large manoeuvring squares.
