The European distributor and importer of spare parts for passenger cars will join as a tenant at MLP Poznań West, leasing a facility with an increased height of 11.5 metres. The facility, planned to be delivered in the third quarter of 2022, will meet the requirements for BREEAM certification.

Transport services provider Regesta has moved into Hillwood Wrocław East. The new tenant took more than 17,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Wrocław logistics centre. Regesta was represented during the search for the new location and lease negotiations by experts of real estate advisory firm Cresa. Hillwood Wrocław East, comprising seven buildings with a total area of over 210,000 sqm, is now fully leased.

According to Savills, the European logistics market is on track for another record year, as investment volumes and take-up activity are already in excess of five-year averages at the half-year point. Panattoni is completing a logistics centre for non-food discount chain Action in Bieruń with an area of ​​60,800 sqm, of which more than 58,000 sqm will be warehousing space. EQT Exeter has acquired a portfolio of five Polish warehouse properties from Tristan Capital Partners’ EPISO 4 fund and White Star Real Estate for an undisclosed sum.
