Panattoni to expand warehouse complex in Tczew
Panattoni has moved forward with the 20,000 sqm expansion of Flextronics International Poland's manufacturing and warehouse complex in Tczew. The ceremonial laying of the cornerstone took place on October 11th. The 80,000 sqm factory now includes four buildings and is one of the company's largest facilities in Europe.

HelloParks starts large project in Budapest's agglomeration
The first column of the first 58,000 sqm warehouse in HelloParks' Páty megapark has been placed. The nearly €70 million investment will be the largest contiguous warehouse in Budapest's agglomeration and it is HelloPark's largest project to date.

DSV to lease 80,000 sqm near Wrocław from Panattoni
Panattoni has leased out almost 80,000 sqm to global logistics operator DSV within the Wrocław Logistics South Hub. This is the first lease for space in the developer’s largest project in the region, which is to eventually comprise 250,000 sqm. Construction work began in the summer of the current year.

New leases
- Palas Campus, Romania's largest office building, is set to host the new regional hub for BCR starting this autumn. The HQ will occupy a surface area of approximately 1,000 sqm and will serve clients from the local county and adjacent regions.
- Teva Pharmaceuticals has relocated its offices to Budapest-based Corvin Skypark. The deal covering 653 sqm was brokered by iO Partners.
- Nowy Styl, a European leader in office furniture solutions, has signed a lease extension at the Oxygen Park office complex. The tenant occupies approximately 550 sqm within the project.
New appointments
- NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
- Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
- PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
