CTP, the developer and administrator of industrial projects, recorded a like-for-like rental growth from its investment portfolio of 4.3% in the first six months of 2022 compared to the same period of last year. 

European Logistics Investment (ELI), a logistics platform in Poland, has closed H1 2022 with 1.2 million sqm of standing, under construction, and secured pipeline projects. Over the first 6 months of the year, ELI has also expanded its landbank, adding 90,000 sqm GLA to its development potential, and initiated the construction of logistics assets with a total GLA of 97,000 sqm.

Panattoni has completed the expansion of a factory for a European hygiene products manufacturer - from 26,000 sqm to 70,000 sqm.

Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (pbb) has underwritten an investment facility, totalling €120 million to refinance a logistics portfolio located across Poland for EQT Exeter. This is the second deal that pbb has closed with the EQT Exeter team.

7R, in a joint venture partnership with MFC Real Estate and DIL Polska Baumanagement, has finalized the sale of 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I to Macquarie Asset Management. The facility includes three buildings, comprising 15,900 sqm, and is fully leased. The value of the transaction is approx. €29 million. This is another transaction between Macquarie Asset Management and 7R. In November 2021, the investor also acquired urban warehouses near Wrocław, Gdańsk, and Łódź. 

REICO ČS LONG LEASE, managed by REICO IS ČS is acquiring the APS consumer battery manufacturing site located in Gniezno, Poland. The value of the fund's new acquisition amounts to approximately CZK 511 million (€20.4 million). The fund has already added this third property to its portfolio since its inception in May last year.

Sorin Preda, CEO, Global Vision, spoke to Property Forum about the industrial projects they are currently developing nationwide and the potential of the Constanța region to become a production hub for companies around the world. Together with Globalworth, Global Vision has €500 million of secured investment capital and is counting on a growing demand for industrial space in the coming years.

SWM Poland has extended its contract for over 15,500 sqm of warehouse and production space in SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków. The company has been operating in the SEGRO park since 2010 and uses the leased space for the production and storage of advanced SWM films, adhesive tapes, foams, meshes and fibers. The transaction was brokered by the AXI IMMO agency.  

Panattoni has completed the sale of two Polish logistics parks in Lublin and the Silesia West region to a North American private equity investor. The two properties have a combined gross lettable area (GLA) of about 65,000 sqm. The price has not been disclosed.

Investment into European real estate reached €152 billion in the first half of 2022 - the strongest ever first half of a year, according to preliminary data from CBRE.
