At the beginning of October, Michał Białas will take the position of Head of Business Development at 7R warehouse developer. The new head of business development in the company has many years of experience in the real estate sector, specializing in structuring, financing and transaction execution. At 7R, he will be responsible for the development of the real estate portfolio and tenants, as well as the implementation of the company's development strategy in key markets.

The Polish logistics operator has signed leases for approximately 20,500 sqm of additional space in MLP Pruszków II and MLP Łódź, two logistics parks in the MLP Group’s portfolio. Following the handover of the new facilities, Uniq Logistic will occupy a total area of close to 44,000 sqm. The tenant was advised on both transactions by real estate agency AXI IMMO.

Generali Real Estate has completed the acquisition of MDC2 Park Kraków South, a logistics development project in Poland, located in Skawina, Kraków area, on behalf of the pan-European Generali Real Estate Logistics Fund managed by Generali Real Estate S.p.A Società di gestione del risparmio. The development will be carried out in collaboration with MDC2, a warehouse and logistics space developer operating on the Polish market. The price has not been disclosed.

This month, the new printing and logistics facility of midocean was officially opened. The company took up 40,500 sqm at Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III, from where it will serve customers in almost all of Europe.

Groundworks have started at this new business park in the southern part of the Hungarian capital. The first phase is scheduled to be open in June 2023. 

GLP announces the lease of a 40,000 sqm facility at GLP Wroclaw V Logistics Centre to SHEIN, a global e-commerce company. The new facility will open by the end of the year and serve as its Central and Eastern European distribution hub.

Panattoni has sold a BTS facility developed in Stargard, Northwestern Poland that will be used by TEDi. The 87,000 sqm building was purchased for €53 million by a German investor, based in Dortmund.

Panattoni has begun construction in Sulechów of nearly 90,000 sqm for BestSecret - European members-only online destination for premium and luxury off-price fashion. The cornerstone laying ceremony took place on September 15th. 

Prologis Europe has significantly scaled up its urban offering across the continent with more than a million square meters of core logistics space. On behalf of its open-ended vehicle PELF, the company has acquired 128 buildings and 6 developments in key urban gateway locations from last-mile operator Crossbay. The agreed price was €1.585 billion.

Panattoni has announced the construction of a new 12,000 sqm centre in Poznań. Panattoni has already built around 370,000 sqm for the City Logistics sector in 22 locations.
