InPost has entrusted Prologis with the construction of a Build-To-Suit tailored warehouse and office facility with an area of ​​11,500 sqm in Prologis Park Ruda Śląska. InPost will move into the new DC3 building in September 2024. The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.

Dm-drogerie markt has signed an agreement to lease new warehouse space in Prologis Park Prague-D1 Ostředek. The new dm distribution centre will cover an area of 21,000 sqm and will also include offices. 

Demand for modern industrial space is still considerably high though European manufacturing companies are not taking home their production as quickly as earlier expected. Meanwhile, Asian firms in the automotive industry are increasingly seeking proper warehouses and logistics service providers. Rohlig Suus Logistics has extended its lease agreement for 24,000 sqm at Prologis Park Piotrków. The lease extension was finalized with the support of Hubert Wojtera from the Axi Immo agency

The global developer of industrial properties intends to build more huge logistics space in its Prologis Park Budapest-Sziget II complex. More than 114,000 sqm of new space is in the pipeline in the park that is near the M0 ring road.

Prologis has added another 14,000 sqm of warehouse and office buildings to its newest logistics park, Prologis Park Budapest – Sziget II. 

Prologis Europe has significantly scaled up its urban offering across the continent with more than a million square meters of core logistics space. On behalf of its open-ended vehicle PELF, the company has acquired 128 buildings and 6 developments in key urban gateway locations from last-mile operator Crossbay. The agreed price was €1.585 billion.

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions Poland has extended its lease agreement for a ​​40,000 sqm of space in Prologis Park Stryków for three more years. The BTS facility is tailored to help Arvato SCS provide customer services for the fashion industry. Colliers facilitated the transaction.
