Prologis has acquired from P3 a logistics park in the Warsaw region. Prologis Park Grodzisk spans nearly 70,000 square meters across four warehouse buildings, strategically located 35 kilometres from Warsaw. The price has not been disclosed.

TVH, a supplier of parts and accessories for material handling, industrial, construction and agricultural machines, has leased nearly 17,000 sqm of modern space at Prologis Park Ruda Śląska in Silesia region of southern Poland. Cushman & Wakefield provided assistance during the choice of location, negotiations and lease strategy development.

Logistics investor Prologis has secured a €225 million framework loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB) to add photovoltaic systems and storage facilities to its projects across Central and Western Europe.

Dm-drogerie markt has signed an agreement to lease new warehouse space in Prologis Park Prague-D1 Ostředek. The new dm distribution centre will cover an area of 21,000 sqm and will also include offices. 

Demand for modern industrial space is still considerably high though European manufacturing companies are not taking home their production as quickly as earlier expected. Meanwhile, Asian firms in the automotive industry are increasingly seeking proper warehouses and logistics service providers. Therefore, it is launching Essentials, a new platform that aims to simplify the lives of companies, increase the efficiency of their warehouse operations and ultimately contribute to more functional global supply chains.

Rohlig Suus Logistics has extended its lease agreement for 24,000 sqm at Prologis Park Piotrków. The lease extension was finalized with the support of Hubert Wojtera from the Axi Immo agency
