Prologis has added another 14,000 sqm of warehouse and office buildings to its newest logistics park, Prologis Park Budapest – Sziget II. 

Prologis Europe has significantly scaled up its urban offering across the continent with more than a million square meters of core logistics space. On behalf of its open-ended vehicle PELF, the company has acquired 128 buildings and 6 developments in key urban gateway locations from last-mile operator Crossbay. The agreed price was €1.585 billion.

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions Poland has extended its lease agreement for a ​​40,000 sqm of space in Prologis Park Stryków for three more years. The BTS facility is tailored to help Arvato SCS provide customer services for the fashion industry. Colliers facilitated the transaction.

Prologis is starting construction of a 46,000-sqm speculative distribution facility at Prologis Park Wrocław III. The new building will comprise of warehouse and production space.

The leading logistics developer has made a €21 billion offer for a huge chunk of „last mile” properties, Bloomberg reports. None of the parties made comments on the news but Blackstone said earlier that a capital increase worth €21 billion was on the agenda.

Prologis has announced another extension of its logistics park at Szigetszentmiklós, just off Budapest.

The former Prologis Park Ziar in Žiar nad Hronom, located in Slovakia’s Banská Bystrica region, has been acquired by Tatra Asset Management. CBRE Slovakia and Ružička and Partners s. r. o. represented Prologis in the transaction.

Prologis has started the development of an SBU centre in the Polish capital – Prologis Park Warsaw-Żerań, DC2. The small business unit facility off Trasa Toruńska in the city’s Żerań district comprises 11,000 sqm of industrial space, with units starting from 600 sqm of warehouse space and office units starting from 100 sqm, which can be combined and enlarged as the business grows.

Macquarie Asset Management has continued to expand its presence in the logistics real estate sector by acquiring a portfolio of CityFlex properties in Poland from 7R for more than €63 million on behalf of one of its managed accounts. 

The Industrial Agency of Colliers Czech Republic received an exclusive mandate from Prologis to find a suitable tenant for the industrial premises in Rudná near Prague. There are currently only eight vacant industrial spaces available ready for immediate occupancy within the area of Greater Prague.
