Ligentia, a leading provider of supply chain technology and services, is continuing its growth in Prologis Park Poznań II. Following the signing of a new lease agreement, the company has expanded its leased space by almost 18,000 square meters, reaching a total of 41,000 square meters in one of Prologis’ key logistics parks in the region.

“Partnership with Ligentia is more than just leasing logistics space - it’s a shared growth journey built on trust, understanding, and mutual support. Since 2007, we’ve developed a close relationship in which flexible operational solutions and a long-term customer-centric approach have played a crucial role. We are proud to be part of Ligentia’s success story, with this latest chapter marked by their expanded presence at Prologis Park Poznań II,” said Iwona Kotulska, Leasing and Customer Experience Manager at Prologis.

The new lease was signed under the Clear Lease model – a solution based on fixed operating costs throughout the lease term. These include all standard operational expenses, maintenance, repairs, and administrative fees. Public costs, such as property taxes or utility charges, are billed separately based on actual consumption and official rates. The Clear Lease model ensures full cost predictability, eliminating the risk of unexpected expenses and giving Prologis customers complete control over their budgets.

“The dynamic changes in the 3PL market and the ever-increasing expectations of our clients require us to make fast and well-informed decisions. Choosing Prologis Park Poznań II is a strategic step to strengthen our operational infrastructure in a key location. Transparent leasing terms, top-quality facilities, and Prologis’ experience as our trusted business partner provide us with operational stability and the flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the market,” said Patryk Ratajczak, Logistics Director at Ligentia.

Prologis Park Poznań II is a logistics complex comprising warehouse buildings with office modules, offering a total area of 120,800 square meters. The park is located in Sady, within the Tarnowo Podgórne municipality — just 15 kilometres from Poznań city centre and 9 kilometres from Poznań-Ławica International Airport. It is adjacent to the Swadzim junction, which connects National Road 92 with Expressway S11, serving as the city’s bypass. The location of Prologis Park Poznań II in the heart of Greater Poland ensures good access to key transportation routes toward Germany, the Czech Republic, and northern Poland.
