Prologis has promoted Pavla Procházková to a new leadership role on a European scale as Vice President, Real Estate and Customer Experience Lead for Europe.

Procházková joined Prologis in 2010, since 2022 holding the position of Central Europe Real Estate and Customer Experience Lead, Director. She leads technical and commercial management of millions of square meters of logistics real estate space, including budgeting, supervising energy procurement, maintenance and inspections, strategising with asset management, and insurance management.

Procházková will bring her wide-ranging experience of Real Estate Customer Experience (RECX) at national and regional levels to the European level. This major leap in her career forms part of an organizational restructuring at Prologis intended to foster closer team alignment in delivering for customers, with Procházková’s new role forming part of a streamlined pan-European RECX team structure.

“I am thrilled and honoured to have the opportunity to help lead our RECX operations across Europe,” says Pavla Procházková. “My job is all about innovating new solutions for customers’ problems, always looking to go above and beyond the status quo.”

“Pavla’s drive and determination in ensuring that customers reap the full rewards of working at our parks will now benefit our partners across Europe,” says Martin Balaz, SVP, Head of Asset Management, Central Europe at Prologis.
