CPIPG has sold its half share in the historic house U Petržilků in Prague on Malostranské Square to the Spolumajitelé group, Seznamzpravy.cz reports. 

Penta Real Estate and Komerční Banka have agreed on financing the construction of the residential project Mocca Residence. The credit is corresponding to the costs to be invested in the project by Penta. 

Passerinvest has been optimising the management and operation of its buildings, this time focusing on waste management.
