UBM Development Czechia has received a building permit for the new project Rezidence Na Plzeňce in Prague 5 – Smíchov. On a plot of over 3,800 sqm, the company is developing an apartment building with a courtyard.

According to an analysis by Savills, office development in Prague has been declining rapidly since 2021. This trend is confirmed by 2024 figures.

CBRE has advised on the sale of the Hilton Prague for the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation, marking the largest single-asset hotel transaction ever recorded in CEE. Czech group PPF has purchased the asset.
