P3 logistic parks has created the conditions for an innovative presentation and sales area in P3 Prague Horní Počernice, offering a thousand cars directly in the industrial park.
The company Direct auto opened the 25,000 sqm sales area as a commercial gallery. “The main hall, almost 10,000 sqm in size, which was originally used to store electronics, has undergone a complete renovation to accommodate cars and retail traffic. A large-capacity parking lot has been created next to the hall,” describes Ondřej Hráský, Head of Constructions at the Czech P3 team.
P3 Prague Horní Počernice brings an option of using the industrial park as home to various companies, from e-commerce to manufacturers. The opening of the Direct auto centre moves the park closer towards sales and services. The area offers very good visibility from the D10 highway, direct connection to the city ring road and immediate proximity to the Černý Most business zone. At the same time, it met the requirements of a car dealer: large outdoor areas, the possibility of fencing, public transport service and the availability of the highway for test drives.
Office spaces and customer service facilities have also been created here. The result is a mixed-use area where, in addition to the presentation and sale of cars, visitors will also find an observation tower, a café, a chillout zone and a children's corner.
