PSN is launching the sale of the Jitro residential project in Prague's Vršovice. The project is designed to offer 144 units, as well as 35 townhouses with private entrances and green roofs.
The project is being built within walking distance of Kubánské náměstí and blends in with the surrounding development. Most units have a balcony, loggia, or terrace and benefit from orientation towards a quiet courtyard. Common areas include a community roof terrace, wellness with sauna, gym, bike room or laundry room.
The author of the design is the QARTA Architektura studio. Construction is planned to begin in the second quarter of 2025, with final approval expected in the second half of 2027.
