The Myslbek office and retail complex on Prague’s centrally located Na Příkopě Street has been purchased by Max Realitní Fund. 

Geosan Development has received building permission for its new housing project Benkova Residence in Chodov, Prague. The boutique project includes two villas.

The dynamically developing Amsterdam hotel chain Sir Hotels is opening its first branch in the Czech Republic in mid-March. The new hotel is located near Prague's Tančící dom, reports E15.cz. 

As of December 20, 2024, the owner of Reico has changed. The new owner (shareholder) of Reico is Erste Asset Management GmbH. 

After four years, the reconstruction of the former Prague InterContinental hotel is reaching its completion. The hotel is to be operated by the international Fairmont hotel chain under the name Fairmont Golden Prague, reports E15.cz. 

A new fund managed by Upvest and the investment company RSJ have secured a quarter share in the Černý Most shopping centre in Prague, reports Hospodářskénoviny.cz.

YIT has decided to continue in cooperation with the RSJ investment group. After the completed Vesi Hostivař project in Prague 15 and the planned residential construction in Brno, the two companies are joining forces for the realization of the Toivo Roztyly project in Prague 11.

According to a survey by Cushman & Wakefield tracking new entries for 11 years, 47 brands have entered the Czech market in 2024. This is the highest number of brands to enter the Czech market, compared to 40 in 2023.
