UBM Development Czechia is completing the Timber Praha residential project, the first sustainable timber apartment building in Prague. Unlike multi-storey foreign projects, this one has reached a height of four floors, i.e. 12 meters of fire height.

CPIPG has announced further progress in the Group’s strategy to reduce leverage. The city of Prague is buying the company VN 42, owning an office building on the corner of Wenceslas Square and Štěpánské Street, from Komerční Banka, reports E15.cz. The municipality is planning to move employees from the Škoda Palace in Jungmannova Street, leased until the end of March 2028.
