The topping out ceremony was held on June 24th at the construction site of Galeria Andrychów – the largest retail park in the region and one of major retail developments currently under construction in Poland. The event was attended by local authorities, investors - Acteeum Group and Equilis Europe, as well as retailers and business partners.

Trei Real Estate is moving ahead with two large-scale residential projects in Poland. In Wrocław, the company launched the third construction stage of the “Bacciarellego 54” quarter, which will deliver a total of 91 apartments when completed by year-end 2022. In Łódź – with its population of around 700,000 the third-largest city in Poland after Warsaw and Krakow – Trei is about to kick off its second construction stage, which comprises 88 residential units. All things considered, Trei is planning to build a total of 1,320 residential units in Poland in the years ahead and will invest a total of €125 million.

In mid-April this year, Equilis Poland finalized the land purchase transaction in Warsaw's Ursus district and plans to implement development of over 1,000 apartments there. Construction is scheduled to begin in the upcoming year.

Globalworth is now the manager of all the buildings in its Polish portfolio – after taking over the management of the Green Horizon office building in Łódź. All 22 office and multi-functional properties owned by Globalworth in the country are now managed by the company.

Vastint Poland entrusted Mostostal Warszawa with the construction of the B10 office and hotel complex in Wroclaw. The planned investment will be built on Bolkowska Street, in the vicinity of the Business Garden office complex. The total usable area of ​​the new development will be approximately 20,000 sqm. The general contractor plans to start construction work immediately, which will take 18 months. The investment is scheduled for completion in December 2022.

Cavatina Holding, one of the largest Polish developers of office space, has confirmed its intent to carry out an initial public offering (IPO) on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.  A conclusive decision in this respect will be made based on market conditions. Details of the IPO will be published in the prospectus following its approval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). The transaction will entail the issue of new shares only and its detailed parameters will be presented upon publication of the prospectus.
