Patrizia has sold Le Palais, a multi-let mixed-use asset in Warsaw, Poland, on behalf of institutional clients to the Generali Europe Income Holding (GEIH) fund managed by Generali Real Estate SGR.

The data centre market in Poland is worth over PLN 2 billion, according to a PMR report. The number of local companies that are deciding to outsource IT services and implement cloud solutions is growing. This trend means that international technology giants and companies from the CEE region are looking to establish a presence in Poland. In response to their needs, 7R, as part of its expansion strategy, has decided to expand its offer to include data processing centers.

Budimex SA has signed the final sales agreement of Budimex Nieruchomości. Therefore, the private equity investment firm Cornerstone Partners and Czech development group Crestyl took over the entire shareholding of the company.  This is the biggest acquisition in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe since the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic. The next stage is changing the name of the company - Budimex Nieruchomości is now Spravia.

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions in Poland is set to open another order fulfilment centre at Prologis Park Poznań III. The new BTS, totaling more than 48,000 square meters at Prologis Park Poznań III, will join the company’s other Prologis facilities with a total combined area of over 77,000 square meters at Prologis Park Błonie and Prologis Park Stryków II.

JLL has been appointed the exclusive agent responsible for the lease of the Lakeside office building. The investment project is owned by the Belgian real estate development company Atenor.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as letting agent on Atrium 2 in Warsaw. The office building is in the asset portfolio of German investment fund HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment-GmbH, which is represented by its asset manager for Poland, MFC Real Estate.

According to JLL experts. the uncertainty caused by the pandemic has directed investors' attention to strategies based on nearshoring. The beneficiary of this trend, just as a decade ago, may be Poland.

In the area of the Fuzja by Echo Investment in Łódź, the works related to the construction of the shell of two office buildings have been completed, and the traditional topping out ceremony has been held. Hungarian-based company Cordia is planning to sell 745 apartments in the country in 2021, which could be nearly half of the Group’s combined sales target in all of its markets.
