by Property Forum | Report

Property Forum is excited to announce the shortlist of nominees for the CEE Property Forum Awards 2026, celebrating the most outstanding projects, landmark transactions and influential personalities shaping the region’s real estate market. The winners will be selected soon by a jury committee comprising leading real estate professionals, and the recipients will be announced at our CEE Property Forum & Awards Gala 2026 on 23 November in Vienna

With more than 300 nominations received, this year’s awards attracted a record response from the market, making the shortlisting process particularly competitive.

The shortlist was compiled following a thorough review of nominations submitted by market participants, supported by transaction data kindly provided by iO Partners and JLL. Alongside transaction size and volume, we considered the wider contribution that projects, deals and professionals have made to the CEE real estate market over the past 12 months.

The selected nominees reflect significant achievements and a visible influence on the industry during this period. Projects shortlisted or recognised as winners last year were excluded from this year’s selection to give new achievements the opportunity to stand out.

A jury of leading real estate professionals will select the winners at the exclusive Jury Dinner on 4 November. The results will remain confidential until the awards are presented at our CEE Property Forum & Awards Gala 2026 on 23 November in Vienna
