7R starts the construction of 7R Park Mysłowice. When finished, the logistics park will have two buildings with a total rentable area of over 59,000 sqm. The first stage of the project will be completed in July 2022.

Upper Silesia is one of the most important industrial regions in southern Poland and also the most dynamically developing regional warehouse market in the country. The region’s close proximity to the Czech and Slovak borders is an important advantage. The location is also close to the S1 expressway and the A4 highway, making it ideal for local, national, and international transport.

"Our logistics park in Myslowice is another 7R investment in Upper Silesia. More and more companies are looking for modern, high quality warehouse space, in which they can increase their operational efficiency. When preparing the warehouses we meet the tenants' expectations, by providing flexibility in adapting each space to their needs. Importantly, we take care of ESG standards and the energy efficiency of our facilities, which results in reduced operating costs and concrete savings for the tenants", says Maciej Krawiecki, Head of Leasing at 7R.

7R Park Mysłowice will consist of two buildings. The first one will offer 50,570 sq m of leasable space, while the second will have 8,573 sqm. It can be used for both storage and light production. The minimum available modules in the Mysłowice park start from 3,850 sqm.

Thanks to environmentally friendly solutions, such as photovoltaic panels, LED lighting with DALI system, more daylight due to skylights and an ecological heating system, 7R Park Mysłowice will be BREEAM-certified at the Very Good level.

"7R Park Myslowice wins “ hands down” with its location. The warehouse is located near the A4 freeway, which is part of the European route E40. The proximity of key transportation hubs, Katowice Airport in Pyrzowice and the city of Katowice offers great opportunities in terms of national and international transport. What is more, the park is located close to the public transport network, meaning that 7R Park Myslowice will be within easy reach for future employees", explains Mateusz Gierka, Leasing Director at 7R.

Mysłowice is the next location in the Silesian voivodship chosen by the 7R developer. There are two logistics centers in Czechowice-Dziedzice: 7R Park Beskid I and 7R Park Beskid II, where, for example, Martes Sport, Prosperplast, Cooper Standard and Valeo Siemens eAutomotive are running their business operations. In Sosnowiec, 7R has put into operation the city warehouse 7R City Flex Sosnowiec. Its tenants include companies such as Flukar Refinery and Döllken. In Sosnowiec, 7R has also developed a logistics park, delivering a BTS (Build-to-Suit) facility for logistics operator No Limit and dedicated space for InPost.
