Czech real estate fund REICO LONG LEASE has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of a logistics facility located in the Prologis Park Ujazd industrial complex, approximately 70 km west of Katowice, Poland, the company announced on LinkedIn.
The fund, which targets properties let to financially sound tenants on long leases, now holds 15 assets across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Austria. The portfolio is reported to generate annual returns of 5 to 6% for investors.
The newly acquired warehouse was purpose-built for Schaeffler, an international manufacturer of automotive components. The company operates its distribution centre for Central and Eastern Europe from the site, which covers 63,358 sqm. The lease term exceeds 10 years.
The property holds a BREEAM Outstanding environmental certification, issued in February 2026, which the fund cited as evidence of the asset's long-term sustainability credentials.
REICO LONG LEASE selects acquisitions on the basis of established business locations, creditworthy tenants and lease lengths of more than 10 years, among other criteria.
