Panattoni is beginning work on its first development in Bytom. Panattoni Park Bytom will provide over 132,000 sqm of industrial space, with 100,000 sqm already let to Latex Opony. Completion is scheduled for May 2027.

Panattoni has completed the Panattoni Park Białystok III logistics complex covering over 32,000 sqm, located in Choroszcz.

Panattoni is to build a warehouse facility spannign around 26,000 sqm for Bidfood in Łódź. The project will be developed on a build-to-own (BTO) basis and will serve as a central distribution warehouse for the HoReCa operator.

Panattoni has begun developing a logistics centre in Warsaw for Toyota Logistics Services Poland. Panattoni has completed the sale of an automated e-grocery distribution centre, leased to Auchan in the Warsaw region, to French investment fund Corum XL, managed by Corum Asset Management.

Logistics company Kuehne+Nagel has taken over a completed industrial hall at Business Park Prague Airport II near the Central Bohemian village of Pavlov. The project was developed by Panattoni, with investment group Accolade as the investor.

The Czech Republic's modern industrial stock reached 13.59 million sqm in Q1 2026, according to the Industrial Research Forum. Panattoni has announced that the construction of a new BTS facility within Panattoni Park Sosnowiec V is underway, with completion slated for the end of this year. The 11,000 sqm warehouse is being built for InPost, a leader in logistics services and owner of the Paczkomat parcel locker network.
