Panattoni has begun construction of a new distribution centre in Łódź for Media Expert, Poland's largest retailer of consumer electronics and household appliances. The 208,000 sqm investment, valued at €120 million, will be one of the largest warehouse facilities in the country.

Panattoni has purchased a 13-hectare plot on behalf of investor Jet Investment and is launching a new development in the Podkarpacie region. The first phase of Panattoni Park Rzeszów North II will include two buildings totaling over 42,000 sqm, with three tenants already signed. The complex will ultimately exceed 110,000 sqm.

Panattoni has leased nearly 15,500 sqm at Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II to Rohlig Suus Logistics. The logistics operator will move into the first building of the complex, with an area of 25,500 sqm, whose construction began in August this year.

Panattoni has completed the sale of Panattoni Park Rzeszów North, a 90,000 sqm logistics complex in Poland, to pan-European asset management firm Arete Investment Group for close to €60 million. The facility is fully leased and consists of two class A buildings completed in early 2023.

Qualified investors have another real estate fund to choose from on the Czech market. The new fund from Conseq and Panattoni focuses on industrial real estate across Europe, reports Newstream.cz.

Panattoni, as the project developer and the Accolade group, being the investor, have announced a new tenant in their Panattoni Park Prague Airport II.

Panattoni has secured €30.5 million in financing from PKO Bank Polski for the development of Panattoni Park Sosnowiec V, a warehouse and logistics complex in the Silesian Voivodeship.

Harden Construction has begun construction of Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II, a new industrial complex in Jankowo Gdańskie near Gdańsk. The design-and-build project will deliver nearly 40,000 sqm of production, warehouse and office space, with completion scheduled for early 2026.

Harden Construction is developing a new distribution centre in Ujrzanów, next to Siedlce, as part of Panattoni Park Siedlce. The 6,200 sqm project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025 and has been leased to a logistics services provider.

Harden Construction is developing two industrial halls as part of Panattoni Park Warsaw North III in Kobyłka, just 25 km from central Warsaw. The project, which started in Q2 2025, is set for completion in Q4 2025. The halls will have areas of 13,000 sqm (Hall A) and 33,000 sqm (Hall B). One of the tenants, PBS Connect, will occupy 24,000 sqm in Hall B.
