Panattoni has handed over the final phase of Panattoni Park Kielce, completing the first Class A industrial park in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The complex, situated on the administrative border of Kielce, comprises four buildings with a total floor area of approximately 66,000 sqm, tailored to companies in the logistics, manufacturing and e-commerce sectors.
"The completion of Panattoni Park Kielce marks the conclusion of a project that has played a role in the development of the industrial space market in the Świętokrzyskie region. We were the first developer to introduce Class A space to Kielce, and today we are seeing the region consolidate its position on Poland's logistics map. Its location between Warsaw and Kraków, combined with access to transport routes, means that Kielce is increasingly being chosen for operational activities," says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.
The final phase was a warehouse of over 13,000 sqm, handed over for use in May this year. Tenants from the automotive sector and a logistics operator will soon begin operations at the facility. The building will be awarded Breeam certification, with solutions that reduce energy and water consumption as well as carbon dioxide emissions.
The Świętokrzyskie region remains one of the warehouse markets to watch in Poland. The development of industrial space in Kielce reinforces its role in domestic distribution and the servicing of supply chains in Central and Eastern Europe, with Panattoni Park Kielce forming part of the local infrastructure.
