Panattoni has completed the expansion of Panattoni Park Koluszki and obtained an occupancy permit. Located in central Poland, the industrial park is now fully leased.

Panattoni has secured financing from mBank for its latest project in the Małopolska region of Poland. The €26 million funding will be used to develop the new logistics complex, Panattoni Park Kraków East V.

A leader in fashion retail has leased 56,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Legnica (Lower Silesia, southwestern Poland). 

Panattoni has secured €74.5 million in financing from PKO Bank Polski. The loan will support the development of Wrocław Campus 2 – one of the developer’s largest investments in Lower Silesia (southern Poland).

BSH Home Appliances Group, home appliances manufacturer, is strengthening its operations in Poland. Panattoni will construct a new, larger factory for the company, which will relocate its small home appliances production from the current location. The new facility will be built in Rudna Wielka near Rzeszów. The total project value will amount to nearly 600 million PLN in the coming years. Construction is planned for completion by mid-2026.

Panattoni has purchased a land plot where it is to build Panattoni Park Kraków East V. The launch of construction work is scheduled for October and the park’s first tenant – Highway Automotive – has already been found.

Panattoni has sold a 37,000 sqm distribution centre in Teresin (Mazovia region) that it developed for the use of Orbico Supply – an FMCG company and a distributor of cosmetics in Europe. The name of the buyer and the value of the transaction were not disclosed.

Panattoni has delivered the final stage spanning 20,000 sqm of a BTS project in Uniejów for K-FLEX. 

A Korean automotive company has taken over a new hall in the Kladno-South location with an area of 21,000 sqm, reports Newstream.cz. Construction has lasted a year and the new building has been handed over to the tenant this July. 

The abandoned brownfield of the former Poldi Kladno steel mill in the Czech Republic is soon to be transformed. On a large part of the area belonging to the RSJ investment group, the developer Panattoni has started construction of industrial halls this summer, reports E15.cz.
