Panattoni has delivered the final stage spanning 20,000 sqm of a BTS project in Uniejów for K-FLEX. 

A Korean automotive company has taken over a new hall in the Kladno-South location with an area of 21,000 sqm, reports Newstream.cz. Construction has lasted a year and the new building has been handed over to the tenant this July. 

The abandoned brownfield of the former Poldi Kladno steel mill in the Czech Republic is soon to be transformed. On a large part of the area belonging to the RSJ investment group, the developer Panattoni has started construction of industrial halls this summer, reports E15.cz.

AEW has announced the BREEAM New Construction ‘Outstanding’ award with a score of 88.1% for its recently completed 36,400 sqm brownfield logistics development, “the Platform” in Pilsen, Czech Republic. 

Panattoni has completed the construction of a new production and warehouse facility for Air Spiralo in Szamotuły, near Poznań. The new 9,200 sqm investment will enhance the company's production and logistics capabilities.

Panattoni has launched work on the third building of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska II, which is to be fully occupied by Konimpex a company involved in the trade, logistics and distribution of chemical and industrial raw materials.

With the upcoming introduction of mandatory non-financial reporting, which will require companies to report on how they are performing in the areas of environment, employee relations and responsibility, and ethical working practices, industrial and logistics companies are taking a keener interest in sustainable solutions. This interest is then reflected in their demands for the properties on which they are based. Research by Colliers shows that the sustainability issue has so far been most commonly addressed by large multinationals, who expect properties to be equipped with sustainable technologies such as heat pumps, heat recovery units, energy-efficient smart lighting and photovoltaics. Experts from Colliers predict that interest in this topic will also increase next year but among smaller local companies. 

Panattoni has launched the construction of City Logistics Kraków III, the latest 25,000 sqm development on the city limits. Walraven, an international producer of installation fixings, is to occupy almost 4,500 sqm.

The Hungarian subsidiary of Panattoni Group has agreed to build a 32,000 sqm logistics centre for a large retail operator in a BTS project. The new facility will be built in the suburbs of Budapest and is scheduled to open in September 2025.

Panattoni is expanding its portfolio within the boundaries of Łódź. The developer has started the construction of the first hall within Panattoni Park Łódź West II, which will occupy 70,630 square meters. Almost half of this space will be taken up by Rohlig SUUS Logistics.
