Panattoni has completed and handed over a 25,000 sqm warehouse at Panattoni Park Szczecin VII. The building's main tenants are two logistics operators.

Panattoni has handed over the final phase of Panattoni Park Kielce, completing the first Class A industrial park in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The complex, situated on the administrative border of Kielce, comprises four buildings with a total floor area of approximately 66,000 sqm, tailored to companies in the logistics, manufacturing and e-commerce sectors.

Eika Asset Management has acquired a 9-hectare site in Skawina, part of the Kraków metropolitan area, where, together with partner Panattoni, it will develop the 46,000+ sqm logistics complex Panattoni Park Kraków West IV, EAM announced on LinkedIn.

Panattoni BTS has completed construction of a BTO factory for Danfoss in Tuchom. The facility, with a floor area of around 22,500 sqm, will start production of heat exchangers.

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics and Panattoni are expanding their partnership at Wrocław Campus 2. The logistics operator has leased an additional 20,000 sqm at the complex in Krzyżowice, near Wrocław, just a few months after commencing operations there.

Panattoni has secured €31 million financing from Bank Millennium for Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate I, a logistics complex located in Tarnowo Podgórne.

Developer Panattoni in collaboration with investor Accolade has completed demolition work at the former Kovošrot site in Prague's Dolní Měcholupech and begun construction of the first phase of Panattoni Business Park Prague I. 

BSH, the manufacturer of Bosch and Siemens domestic appliances, has relocated production to a new factory in Rudna Wielka, near Rzeszów. The small domestic appliances production facility was built by Panattoni with a total project value of almost €130 million. 

Harden Construction has completed the third hall spanning 39,000 sqm at the Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II production and warehouse complex. 

Panattoni is beginning work on its first development in Bytom. Panattoni Park Bytom will provide over 132,000 sqm of industrial space, with 100,000 sqm already let to Latex Opony. Completion is scheduled for May 2027.
