Panattoni has secured €31 million financing from Bank Millennium for Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate I, a logistics complex located in Tarnowo Podgórne.
"Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate I is situated in one of the most developed warehouse markets in Poland. Wielkopolska remains a key region for logistics and manufacturing, offering access to well-developed road infrastructure and convenient connections to Western European markets," says Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni. "We have already delivered nearly 2 million sqm of industrial space in the region."
The complex comprises two buildings with a total area of nearly 61,000 sqm. The site is 6 km from the S11 expressway and approximately 20 km from the A2 motorway, providing connections to Berlin, Warsaw and Łódź.
The 12-metre-high facility offers 126 loading bays and nearly 220 parking spaces, including 80 for lorries. The complex has been designed for logistics, distribution and light manufacturing operations.
The development has been awarded a Breeam environmental certificate at the Excellent level, incorporating energy efficiency solutions, water consumption reduction measures, sustainable mobility infrastructure and a photovoltaic installation.
