Recorde Asset Management and Panattoni Hungary have secured full lease commitment for their joint development Panattoni Park Moson in Mosonmagyaróvár, located at the Austrian-Hungarian-Slovak triple border next to the M1 motorway.

Industrial developer Panattoni has secured €24 million in financing from Bank Pekao for the construction of Panattoni Park Białystok III, currently the only Class A facility available to tenants in the Podlaskie Voivodeship.

The German logistics company had previously pre-let 18,000 sqm and has now secured the remaining 10,000 sqm of the first building, plus a full second warehouse.

The company will now occupy approximately 51,000 sqm across two buildings, having expanded from its initial 18,000 sqm pre-let to include the remaining 10,000 sqm of the first building and a complete second warehouse.

Panattoni has completed the sale of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska IV, a 32,000 sqm logistics facility in Upper Silesia, to Rysy Properties. The facility is leased to Solo midocean, a European leader in promotional products.

Panattoni has completed construction of a new production facility for E.G.O.- Group, a leading supplier of components for the household appliances sector. The 15,000 sqm factory was delivered in a build-to-own formula in Łódź, next to the company's existing HQ.

Panattoni is expanding Panattoni Park Kielce, with a fourth building spanning 13,000 sqm. Construction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026, and two lease agreements have already been signed.

Industrial developer Panattoni has sold the 33,000 sqm Panattoni Park Rzeszów Airport III logistics park to an international group focused on industrial infrastructure and an investment fund. This marks the developer's second disposal in Rzeszów this quarter.
