Panattoni has secured another tenant for its development in Lower Silesia – Wrocław Campus 2. Sellpy, a digital platform for secondhand and other products, will launch a distribution warehouse in Wrocław, occupying approximately 38,000 sqm.

Panattoni has secured a new tenant for its investment in Małopolska. Fabryka Kart Trefl-Kraków will occupy 12,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at Panattoni Park Kraków East V.

Industrial developer Panattoni will deliver a 46,000 sqm build-to-suit project for Nagel-Group in Poznań as part of Panattoni Park Poznań East III. The facility will serve as the food logistics company's key hub in Poland.

International developer Panattoni has reached a milestone on the Czech market by surpassing 2 million sqm of built modern industrial space. Industrial developer Panattoni has secured €26.5 million financing from Santander Bank Polska for the construction of two warehouses as part of the Panattoni Park Warsaw North III complex in Nadma.

Panattoni is beginning the next stage of Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV with a new 26,300 sqm warehouse in Nadarzyn. Polish sports brand DZIK will be the first tenant of the facility, marking the company's first standalone warehouse.

The industrial stock in the Czech Republic reached 13.28 million sqm by the end of 2025, according to the Industrial Research Forum. Gross take-up jumped to 642,000 sqm in Q4, with annual volumes reaching nearly 2.1 million sqm.
